Insurance Team One was founded by Thomas D. Spink, in 2000 after 34 years of experience in the insurance industry. Tom sparked innovation in the industry after targeting banks as insurance partners. He believed that if customers trusted banks with their life savings, that they would trust those same banks with insurance recommendations. Therefore, he needed to convince banks that his agency would provide their customers with the best insurance service and that is exactly what he did. Insurance Team One has expanded to offer a wide variety of services such as personal, business, life/health, employee benefits, and so much more.
